Taylor Walker, captain of the Australian Football League’s Adelaide Crows, is a true leader.
Before Adelaide’s fixture against North Melbourne on Sunday, a young girl who was the mascot for the day began crying because she was afraid of the fireworks that were going off around her. That’s when the captain came to the rescue.
Walker saw the young girl, comforted her and held her hand as they walked out onto the field together:
